NoSpendToday ("we", "our", or "the app") is designed with privacy at its core. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. Everything stays on your device.
We do not collect, store, or share:
All data you enter in the app — daily savings logs, subscriptions you track, goals, notes, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This includes the optional first name you give Pip during setup, which is only used to greet you. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it via the CSV export feature.
On devices that support Apple Intelligence, Ask Pip uses Apple's on-device language model to answer questions about your own data. Your questions and data are processed on your iPhone and are not sent to us or to any third-party server. On other devices, Pip answers using calculations made directly on your device.
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show a summary of your data (for example your streak, savings and next renewal). This summary is stored in a shared container on your device so the widgets can display it. It never leaves your device.
The app does not currently sync data to iCloud. All data is stored locally.
NoSpendToday uses Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment information. Subscription management is done through your Apple ID settings.
If you enable reminders (subscription renewal and free-trial alerts, daily check-ins, streak saver and weekly recap), the app schedules local notifications on your device. No notification data is transmitted to any server.
NoSpendToday does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we update this policy, we will revise the date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
